About Rick Arnold, CRS RENE

Rick was raised in Pierson with 5 siblings and a dog. As a child, Rick had aspirations of being a fighter Pilot. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.
 
Rick was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard.
 
As the years went by, Rick worked his way from mowing lawns and farm work to building homes, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move.
 
Rick got into the real estate industry 30+ years ago when he needed a summer job before his senior year of college. He had rode his bicycle to Canada early that summer and did not have a normal summer job . He set out to work during his senior year of College to earn money to pay for college and then was going to be a CPA, not knowing he would fall in love with Real Estate.
 
As his career advanced, Rick found his stride working with sellers and first time home buyers. He’s an expert in negotiating and selling homes fast and for top dollar.
 
Throughout his career, Rick has earned numerous accolades, including:

Rick has lived in Sioux City over 40 years. In his free time, he enjoys volleyball, racquetball, bicycling, Bandits Football, local Theatre, Musketeer Hockey, concerts, community volunteering, local car racing, St Thomas church, house flipping, and movies.
 
Rick aims to provide the highest level of service to his clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
