Excellent realtor to work with, did not jump the gun to sell me the first rental property we looked at. As a matter of fact, Rick spent a lot of his own time finding the right property to fit my needs. Rick did a very good job at pointing out costly repairs in the rental properties. Rick also spent a lot of time after the sale to help me with rental applications, lease agreements, and other landlord responsibilities that most first time landlord's would be unaware of. The service from Rick was excellent and beyond expectations.

Rick Arnold has been a great realtor and service to my needs during my house search. I met a couple of realtor before Arnold and things didn't go as planned. I am glad and great full that I met Arnold for things were as planned and now I am in my new home.

Rick is one of those people with such a great heart. He was the realtor who helped me find my home 4 years ago and since then we have been in touch all the time. He has helped with so many things that I can even count them anymore. He became my business and volleyball partner, my 911 person. He has been such a good friend. Starting this journey of purchasing my first home was so exciting for me, when I met Rick he made me feel very secure in the process, he knew soo much on everything. He was great Honest, ethical and to the point

Rick went above and beyond to help my husband and I find the perfect first home for our family. In todays market homes are going extremely quick but he always made sure we knew as soon as a home went on the market and made himself available as soon as we were, to go see any of interest. He was always available, honest, kind, had lots of great reccomendations, and had our best interest in mind. I would recommend him to anyone!
